Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Layenet platform (the "Service") operated by Layenet ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Prohibition of Real-World Biological Entities
Layenet is expressly developed and maintained as a fictional, digital, and 3D-asset-oriented ecosystem. As a material condition of using this Service, the User explicitly agrees to a zero-tolerance policy regarding the depiction of any real-world biological entities, past or present.
Article 1.1: The "Real-World Biological Entity" Clause
Under no circumstances shall any User-Generated Content (UGC)—including but not limited to videos, 3D models, textures, or audio covers—depict, represent, parody, simulate, deepfake, or otherwise feature the likeness of any biological human being currently living or who has ever lived on this Earth. Furthermore, this absolute prohibition extends to any biological being in this world (including but not limited to animals) or any real-world data directly associated with such beings.
Uploading any media containing real-world photography, videography, or digital reconstructions of living or deceased public figures, celebrities, politicians, historical figures, private citizens, or any other real-world biological entities constitutes an immediate and irremediable breach of this Agreement. Layenet reserves the right to execute immediate account termination and permanent network bans without prior notice upon detection of such material.
2. Statutory Immunities & Expressive Rights
Layenet fundamentally respects the principles of free expression enshrined in the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. We provide a platform for highly transformative digital artistry, parody, and fictional creation. However, the protection of free speech does not supersede our proprietary operational guidelines (such as the strict prohibition of biological entities outlined in Section 1).
Section 230 Protections: Pursuant to Title 47 of the United States Code, Section 230 (47 U.S.C. § 230) of the Communications Decency Act, Layenet operates strictly as an "interactive computer service" and acts merely as a conduit for User-Generated Content (UGC).
Under no legal interpretation shall Layenet, its directors, or its subsidiaries be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by an information content provider. All liability, civil or otherwise, arising from user uploads—including claims of defamation, intellectual property infringement, or tortious interference—rests solely and entirely upon the individual creator originating the transmission.
3. Corporate Entity & Governing Law
Layenet is a legally registered corporate entity domiciled within the United States of America. Consequently, the administration of these Terms, as well as any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
4. Accounts & Usage
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. Due to our Privacy by Design architecture, Layenet cannot and will not recover lost accounts that were not voluntarily bound to a verifiable email address prior to the loss of credentials.
Service Constraints: To maintain network stability, unverified accounts are strictly limited to a predetermined daily upload quota. Users attempting to circumvent these limits via automated scripting or multi-account IP spoofing will be subject to permanent network egress bans.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL Layenet, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
